Solutions
Design, build, rental and operation — one answer tailored to your site
Livestock manure, food waste leachate, sludge condensate and industrial effluent treated to discharge standards with the GBT-M reactor.
Water-stable aggregates from the GBT additive and microbial technology cut odor where it starts.
Use the equipment for a monthly fee instead of buying it. Inspection, repair and water quality management included.
Food and organic residues are shredded, broken down and dried to cut volume and return them as resources.
Solid–liquid separation → odor control and water treatment → discharge: the HAYEON GLOBAL livestock manure process
Step 1 Solid–liquid separation
a screw press removes solids for compost
Step 2 Odor control & water treatment
ultra-fine aeration with automatic dosing
Step 3 Discharge
RO filtration and dissolved air flotation return clear water to the river
Side-by-side comparison
Outsourcing, conventional treatment and composting compared with HAYEON GBT-M rental on the same criteria
| Criteria | HAYEON GBT-M rental | Outsourced treatment | Conventional activated sludge | Compost / liquid fertilizer |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up-front investment | KRW 0 (rental) | None | High (plant construction) | Medium (storage, spreading) |
| Treatment cost | Low (on-site, efficient aeration) | High (~KRW 40,000/t) | Medium (~KRW 20,000/t) | Variable (spreading conditions) |
| Footprint | Very small (1/5–1/20) | None | Large | Large (storage) |
| High-strength capability | Strong (BOD in the thousands of ppm) | Depends on contractor | Weak | Not applicable |

Applications
Retrofitted into existing reactors or installed new, sized to your volume and wastewater type
Retrofit GBT-M into existing reactors to add capacity and meet tighter discharge limits.
Treat high-strength side streams such as sludge reject water and dryer condensate separately to relieve the main process.
Treat high nitrogen loads reliably to stay within discharge limits.
Replace outsourcing at around KRW 40,000/t with on-site treatment and discharge — and cut odor at the same time.
Proven on food waste leachate, ready for high-strength food industry effluent.
Applied to large-volume paper mill effluent, treating down to about 5 ppm BOD.
Discharge-quality management and contracted operation for small on-site systems and septic tanks.
Leachate treatment plus residue drying and volume reduction from one supplier.
Technology
The GBT-M reactor combines the strengths of continuous stirred-tank (CFSTR) and plug-flow (PFR) reactors in a vertical multi-stage design, shortening treatment time for high-strength organic wastewater and raising organic removal efficiency.
GBT-M reactor
3~10 kgO₂/kW·h

About
A water treatment company that finds answers on site
HAYEON GLOBAL designs, builds and operates high-strength wastewater treatment and odor control systems based on microbial reactor technology — for livestock manure, food waste leachate, sewage sludge condensate and industrial effluent.
In wastewater treatment, operating know-how that fits each region and site matters as much as the technology. Drawing on many installations, HAYEON GLOBAL has solved sites others could not, and its rental model lets customers use proven equipment with no up-front investment.
We also upcycle livestock manure into biochar and mineral liquid fertilizer, solving odor problems on farms while raising farm income and soil health.

FAQ
Equipment and installation are included in the rental fee, so there is no up-front equipment investment. Any site preparation or civil works your site may need are explained after the on-site assessment.
Public sewage plants, municipal treatment plants, night-soil and manure facilities, food processing plants, industrial complex plants, private sewage facilities and livestock farms — almost any water treatment site. It can also be retrofitted into existing reactors.
Ten years of technical support and warranty on GBT-M core equipment and treatment performance. Exact scope and conditions are set out in the rental contract.
No. GBT-M can be added even to shallow existing tanks, relieving reactor capacity shortages.
We advise on terms from 24 to 120 months to fit your site size and operating plan.
Yes. Share your wastewater type, volume and local discharge standards and we will assess how to apply the system.
Just tell us the wastewater type and daily volume. We will assess your site and propose rental terms free of charge.
